Hope you are right, but what I"m talking about is a situation in which the company was telling us that demand would be building dramatically on several fronts. The growth that has occurred has not been enough to overcome the tremendous debt. Because of this the need for a very large contract has increased to the point now that it appears necessary for their survival without significant further dilution, while a year ago this was less the case (as large revenues were supposed to be from multiple sources). The increased risk is why the stock has continued to be weak. The question is of course WHEN and HOW MUCH? Delays and disappointing contract volume are the risk. Of course things may turn out great, but as I see it that depends primarily on a big TSA order, as that appears to be the only thing large enough to dig them out of the mess they are in.

This is nothing new but I don't really understand given the degree by which they misread their own market and/or possibly misled investors over the last 2 years combined with the magnitude of their debt why anybody would be anything more than a short term investor at this point.

I am short term optimistic based on market psychology, but that's it at this point in time.
