Interesting quote from ...cookie from yahoo finance: "EDAP may be a medical equipment company but it greatly resembles a drug company in that they not only supply expensive equipment but are now furnishing a kit which must be used for each treatment using that equipment. The kit costs 900 euro, that's about $1250. The profit on these kits has been said to be substantial so we can assume it must be at least $500. If they were to have, say. 20,000 treatments per quarter that would be a profit of $10 million. We are looking at a gold mine here."
