I also see this Moral Offer as a benevolent offer from a former Ants Software alumnus saddened by its demise. One might surmise by the term "Final Offer" that the shareholder letter really means to say it's the final offer at that share exchange ratio. So maybe a follow up Moral Offer at 40:1 or 50:1?

I noticed that the 6 month restriction placed on the previous offer was absent. I don't know what that really means. Maybe something happening sooner rather than later. So maybe no more followup Moral Offers? I can't really tell. GLTY.
