So when he stated fhfa as a conservator is not acting in the interest of the government could that imply of what has happened so far as Obama Administration breaking the law and making decisions without Congress?
Since Congress has not approved these decisions that this implies that government/congress has always been the regulator of the FHFA.... But as a conservator of FHFA Obama's Administration has taken over without the approval of the Congress therefore not acting as government...?
Looks from now that this make more sense? That's the reason why discovery will have major effect if not protected influence the housing recovery?
