Ania... Jake may have been trying to save the company from Manu taking back control. They knew his 40m would be tossed in court so they had to issue up to 2.6-2.65 to keep him from regaining control. There's more to it but that scenario was laid out to me on Monday by a long holding a TON of shares...and made perfect sense the way it was presented. He was hoping we got to 2.65 and stayed there. We may have headed lower short term but would have been golden 2-3 months.
