I just dont believe Gene would sell 2,5 billion shares for a measley 100,000 dollars.

Why not? Share counts are just numbers; cash is cash, in the world of pink sheets stocks.

100,000 dollars means crap to gene i believe.

Wasn't Gene reduced to using a public defender at one point? If true, $100,000.00 might mean a lot to him.
