It is known rezoning is in order for Site 1 and Site 2. They have applied for rezoning for Site 1, not Site 2. They have notified the town of their intentions for Site 1 and Site 2. In case you missed it, here is the schedule.

1-Two week notice company has to provide to those within 60 meters of the facility.
2-45-60 day period before it comes to town council vote
3-20 day appeal period after the vote
