I disagree. Illiquid pink sheet mal- investments like Telvue are not victims of manipulation and abusive naked short selling, rather they are victims of their own failures and shortcomings. There is a reason the SEC issues guidance and warnings about investing in Otc stocks. Plainly, they for the most part are complete scams or just horrible investments. All one needs to do is look at the history of these types of equities. 99.9% of the time the investor will lose.
