ECOS - #19 on Breakout Boards. Why didnt ECOS continue to produce "D20" and a have surplus ready to fly off the shelves in anticipation of the end of the flu restrictions?

Its rough for people with relative intelligence to stare a 2000 to 1 reverse split and be optimistic given the lack of prior success from ECOS management.
