I thought about the same thing. Only problem is that IBCL has too much debt and the wrong kind. Also, IMO Nova stands to benefit IBCL greatly - 17% ownership, 5% off the top on all sales, and IBCL sells the product to Nova for a profit in the first place. If Tim were ever out of control, he could kill much of the profit of the Nova relationship.
