"They" haven't stated anything. So far, everything is based on leaks. I don't expect to hear officially from cvx until AFTER the JDA. And I would not be at all surprised to have the jda tell the whole story because it is to THEIR benefit. What if the jda says something like "OBO-1 has shown that there is in excess of 1 billion barrels in b1 belonging to cvx and xom, and additionally over 10 billion barrels located in the adjacent blocks belonging to ERHE, Addax, and SNP", followed by all the fluff to create interest in the JDZ?
