The point I was making was that the SEC has been known to undermine companies and their shareholders and that article makes the point quite well. There are other instances as well like BCIT and others but I think you realize that. Is the SEC working for the best interest of KMAG shareholders or are they working in the best interests of the industry which could lose lots of money when KMAG starts trading again? Stay tuned!
