Shouldn't there be some maximum latest mandatory filing date by which APT has to produce the required audited Fins. if they did indeed complete this reverse-merger so long ago ??
I don't understand how they can delay at all, even if APT claims that they had to produce 5 years instead of 2 years worth of Fins.!
