If the O/S went up from March to May (per the 8Ks), the O/S is probably much higher now than it was on May 16th --- unless there is some as-yet unpublicized deal between IR and APT in the works, it's a good probability that IR has been getting slot of true-up shares since April 23rd...
IMO that's what it means when a stock's price is held to a certain narrow range for well over a month now...
...not that we'll see what the July 2014 O/S is when the Fins. come out....they'll just state what the O/S WAS at the last day of the latest fiscal period for which the audited Fins. are given....IMO either at 12/31/2013 or at 3/31/2014.
I personally am thinking that the most probable course of action that APT could take is to pay off IR an acceptable amount from the proceeds of their Asset sale to prevent any further share issuances as a result of their original Court Order.....
