LOL!! So the smart businessman bought a shell with tax liens and unpaid debt (no, not really debt because those it's owed to can't be found...wink, wink). No Investee "Net Asset Value" is reported in the filings, so those that have "talked" about it are FOS...put it the filing, not in a conversation with a few individuals. BTW, how can the Investees net asset value increase when it's not even reported in the first place!!! BDC?? Crap, even AMEP says they don't comply with the designation, but are workin' on it real hard.....

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
