jag, "issuable" not issued, ...there is a huge, huge difference. You know that ...don't you???

Mr Bitters can chose to use cash flow,instead of issuing the shares. Which is exactly what I believe they may have done, at least in some of the case. I believe they may have had these on stand-by in case extra cash would be needed for daily operations. I think they may not have issued them, because of the super spike in Oil and Natural Gas that happened after the destruction of infrastructure and production in the Gulf last year, giving AMEP an unexpected boost in revenues ...you did notice the super spike in $$$ prices paid for Crude Oil an Natural Gas that AMEP produces and sells, ...didn't you??

Also there is a post on RB saying they called AMEP, and was pretty much told this was the case. ;>)

"issuable" ...not "issued" ..... come on jag, even you know that difference. Look it up ...really jagman, look it up.
