The company incorrectly communicated they were not a shell, yet I will take FINRA's word that they are in fact a SHELL and have illegally applied exemptions to avoid registration. FINRA trumps a non reporting stinky pinky any day.


By the way, how is that awesome company communication going since the lock?... HA ha ha ha ha... ha ha
