Convertables being dumped to pay debts; this is what their only revenue stream was until the S1....The S1 was an equity line agreement that allowed them to dillute up to 10 million dollars worth of shares ( they couldn't get they kind of money or agreement dumping convertables). They are freaking out over there even more than everyone here. Their free 10 million for nothing (the S1 was free money for doing nothing). Luckily investors stopping buying and the stock is so low that they can't legally fund this way any longer. This is where the reverse split comes into play, I'd bet as soon as this week but as far off as next week. Please call PEII yourself if you do not believe reverse split is being discussed with their lawyers as we speak.
