I'm sure we can find other examples of cult stocks. KMAG is a cult stock which has recycled at least 3 times for flip trades between 005-01, based on recycled rumors.
I can't say whether or not those against this stock have their own ulterior motives or just playing the odds shown by history

Either way, they will surely be the ones picking their jaw up off the ground when all is said and done
Opinion vary as to what "they" will be doing.
There is ALWAYS an exception to the rule and it is my belief that KMAG will ultimately be the that prime example.
An exception to the normal rule might be TRII getting side swiped by the SEC, resulting in accelerated litigation against the TRII+KMAG package. While waiting for jaws to drop onto the ground. Now that would be interesting. Might even make the KMAG saga unique in that aspect.
