yes it could be, this whole time we were complaining about the s1 dilution and that floyd should do something about it. Maybe this was it. On the other hand, i think the 8k said something like the sec made them stop, so that part doesnt sound good. If nothing else maybe it will get peii more desperate than ever to pump oil for revenue, working around the clock to get the leases going.
