nothing suspicious about it.....it is nothing company with nothing to show for it....if I hear fully executed definitive agreement one more time I am going to vomit. When Bob is paid in a crap ton of shares, or money derived from Q dilution shares....I will be first to congratulate --- how are we paying for that fabulous law firm???
