Regardless, the shorties used this as an excuse to give vrng another hair cut, LOL. I wish vrng leadership would work out a reasonable deal with ZTE which will give them better opportunity to sell shares at higher price instead of this way of dilution. It is my understanding that zte would like to make a reasonable deal for royalty from its complaint to the Europeans, imo. I am in two stocks where the leadership is no better than zombie ants, lol and IMO.
