I do agree that it is absurd that they are creating a "way out" to be immune to acts of what the conservator changed by adding the 3rd amendment. ..
I see Judge Sweeney see right through the defendants and she just taking every step in a fair manner but also stating without seeing evidence that she can predict there was a "taking" involved...
That I believe was a sure sign for positive developments to come and for the government to see she is not playing around and when she see that the RULE OF LAW was BROKEN but she doesnt have proof, she will do everything in her powers to support the plaintiff in a reasonable manner all documents required to support their case.
