Not a dumb question, and that is very odd as the consolidated tape report shows them clearly. It is not a specific chart error either as all charts show the low as .0003. I have observed a similar occurrence in the past, the weighted trade is reported so close to the market trade that it sometimes doesn't get picked up by the charting software. Yet the volume is there in all of the charts I am looking at.

The charts maybe amended at a later date.
