I think everyone is missing the point here. The delays are not hurting JNSH. JNSH has won they are fighting this dirtbag on the 51 chargers. The BLINK (melting chargers which cost more to use and take longer to charge your car)chargers are not the same as the CHARGE POINT CHARGERS. All of this talk about how long this is going to take to get the court to rule is not the point here. Once JNSH proves to the courts these so called Blink chargers are not equal CCGI will have to pay UP. So with every delay we will get even more in damages. Do you really think TELSA is working with this clown in FLORIDA or is this CLOWN using a public statement made by Elon MUSK about letting his patented protect technology be made available to everyone to bring some type of standard to the electric car industry. I think this guy is making a final push here to get as much money so he can pay JNSH and the 3 other company's who have SUED him for diluting his PPS. JNSH has won in court and all of this crap CCGI is pulling is only going to add to the damages JMO.
