I simply post this information to help other investors. Please do not call me a liar for repeating the exact information told to me by Bob at Petron. he said the lawyers are working to find a way within 2 weeks to raise it above .01 and a reverse split may happen (his words).

People should not be misled or misinformed by any person on a message board. Take the info and call the company. You will find the truth that way.
