Every time I look at my account and see my Tivus shares slowly rotting away they remind me of how bad my own DD must've been. I actually did try rather hard to learn all I could about the company and did not really put much faith in the forum, however, there were a couple of guys who seemed to have sterling reputations who reported having regular conversations with SP and they would say things that kept my morale high. When they became scarce, this should have been one of my signals that this was going south.

The other thing was that no one from "the company" would ever acknowledge any of my emails. That should have been another sign.

Now my dead shares represent a payment for tuition at the penny stock college. I totally turned my back on my own intuition in favor of inputs that really did not have much value when it came to decision-making.

For sure, there is no Tivus, there is no company. There is just a small file of documentation as evidence of one man's failed efforts to launch his dream. He was dishonest. I don't know if it is feasible for someone to come in and turn Tivus into anything meaningful in any industry, but it seems to me that it could provide a very cheap opportunity for someone to acquire a public company and to turn it into something of value.

The experience did teach me alot. I wonder what SP will ever do to make things right with those he surely ripped off, like us. How much does his personal integrity matter to him now? I wonder.

Will he be happy enough to say to himself that those of us who lost money because of him are owed nothing, that such losses are just how things are when you invest in the stock market? I think yes.
