Dakota, you have a slight math problem with your view.

One of your shares is, in the long run, only equal to 1/10 of one of TM's shares. Remember, he already owns a controlling interest in Nova AND a controlling interest in IBCI. His stockholder position (in HNWS/Nova) will INCREASE with the 1 for 10 reverse; all other stockholder positions will effectively DECREASE by 90%.

This is the major reason folk are finding it so hard to shake loose any substantial shares of HNWS. Ole King Cole controls 87% of the blackbirds in da pie.

I'm just waiting for the announcement that newly restored Nova, residing on the NASDAQ, intends to swallow IBCI in a cents-on-the-dollar stock purchase. We are helpless, mostly due to the 70% of IBCI owned by TM and Hicks (TM alone can carry the stockholder approval vote with his shares and family proxies).

Expect Nova to be in the $4 range at that time; IBCL still in the .02 range. That works out to approximately a 200 for 1 swap.

Kinda makes ya feel like a flea clinging to a horse's rump...
