The $10 million cash infusion confirms the management conference call when they said they had enough cash to carry them due to warrant exercises.

Also, I think the timing of this infusion is very interesting since it was made after the Supreme court decision. I doubt it would of been made if the court decision was negative to VRNG. This proves it was positive in my opinion.
