I dont believe it was ever chilled, because I can find posts from TDA buyers that had no issue buying the stock many months back. I think this has been a ploy from the beginning, but more interesting is that ridiculous attorney opinion letter declaring that it is not a shell.... lol.. It has never registered therefore it will be a shell until it does so.
