Flyers -- Will you be establishing a long position in DSS given this news? I recall that you recommended waiting until the stay was lifted to get in...but wouldn't it make sense to get in now before the announcement (since it is now inevitable that the stay will in fact be lifted and one would expect that the stock price will thereafter react favorably)?
