Alwright and Art...yes, they (SNP) have the:

1) Desire based on need.

2) Deep pockets aided by Chinese Government.

3) Already stated desire to take stakes in (see updated article in last post).

Its all there for this to occur. As importantly, said buying in of a stake of ERHC would likely occur after the deal is consummated....which puts us perfectly in timing to become "very very wealthy by Easter".
