They can lift the stay, doesn't matter much or as in looking at the basis of the patents...

They fall well within Computer work basic idea's. Great he put a patent on it and if things were still going as in the 90s where everything and any change was going to be allowed to "get a patent" If the patents were allowed this would have went to $3

The Alice patents fall right in line with the Bascom patents. In a basic nutshell (they are the same) and were NOT ALLOWED... How do you use your computer to make it do what you want by creating a software or application for it to run.

The Bascom patents are methods... for gathering information by linking parts...
I just don't see it and think now that so many trolls hit the stage it is going to hurt these patents. I think about all the work Bascom put into it, wow, all the money, Lexington was based off of it. FAIL !

How far or how much time and money are they willing to put into it... Scary, either way... But if they won they would be worth Billions and just about every company would owe them money... Doubt that will happen..
