Don't know it for a fact, no.

Someone had made this point sometime ago & posted it on this board & it seemed to make complete sense to me.
"Being on the otcbb (or other exchanges for that matter) with a small public float could make you vulnerable to a controlled buyout
or other manipulative tactics "
It is safer entering this arena widely held with a large float for this reason.

Basically, he who controls the shares, dictates the price.
Does that make any sense?
Also, I've only been "playing the market" for 8 years now, & I find it essential to constantly learn &
pay attention to the wise owls out there, so if you would like to expand on this I'm willing to listen.
