I wasn't debating.... I agreed with you. If my child got hurt playing at someone's house I would take him to the hospital and I have medical insurance that would cover the costs.
My point ( I guess you didn't get it) was that people sue very easily these days and the example I gave was from many years ago when suing people and putting in questionable insurance claims wasn't used as a quick way to make a buck like it is now.
