you're welcome- I would think its some old 30 cent funding stock- they probably were exiting at 40-50 cents also while in the money so some in the 20's sold off also for someone who wants or wanted out doesnt hurt them as much- I think there wont be much left for them to sell down here but I also think its being exacerbated by shorts.
The dont have convertible debt and they limited liabilities so its likely a private placement person selling- possibly also someone on margin call selling or possibly some affiliated with officers of the company that were recently replaced decided to leave with them in the form of selling their shares.
