in all seriousness, if you are referring to being listed on the NYSE Amex Equities, it is very close already. By either Standard #1 or Standard #3. If by going by Standard #3, I would not be surprised if within 6-12 months, considering the only two pieces is the stock getting to $2 per share and the Shareholder's Equity getting to 4 MM. Everything else is pretty much in place.
