All this malarkey that people can tell whether or not a company is diluting by which MM or exchange shows up on L2 is a stinky pinky wive's tale anyway.

You send a letter to the transfer agent (or find a lawyer that will prostitute themselves with a letter of opinion) that convinces the T/A that your shares are free trading, the T/A removes the legend and you can place them with any broker you please. And even then, a lot of brokers allow you to route your trades through a variety of exchanges.

Whether it's VNDM, VFIN, or NITE or whomever... It has nothing to do with whether or not QASP is diluting or isn't.

Keep in mind that the only "short" in QASP is QASP itself. High short interest is a better indicator that QASP is diluting it's shareholders than who shows up on L2.
