Your assumption is false and misleading. I spoke to the representative at Nasdaq and he said they only requested additional information.

And when I asked if it was good or bad, he said it's not about being good or bad, just a clarification of info.

We will receive an update when more information becomes available, so until then please stop the speculation people.
