GM, ADCS on March 10th released news indicating they are in the process to have the chill removed. This last Monday they filed an Opinion Regarding Non Shell Status, available at the OTC Markets website. Doing my research on this, everything I find points out that this letter is indeed part of the process to have the chill lifted. Does anyone here know about this type of disclosure in regards to having a chill lifted?
