The dividend that you are looking for was already paid out to shareholders of record on April 10th.

This was from a previous PR:

"They are continuing to work on finding new deals, and have announced a 10% stock dividend for shareholders of record on April 10th, 2014."

There has been no mention of a possible new dividend being paid since then.
