the last time they reported IPII was in November which represented the third quarter......assuming three months later they would report again in February (4th qtr results as well as year end results) ....a couple of weeks passed without any public announcemnet and thus I called and spoke with the CFO. He alleged that the SEC gave them 90 days from the end of the year to report both year end and fourth qtr. He stated that they had until March 31 to report and he lead me to believe that they would state results as late as that.
