I thought the other one was "done". The PR stated it was done and all that needed to be done was to get done. So which is it? This one is even better, buying a van and some trimmers, with inventory and more inventory.

Does Ms. Vigil realize that Definitive Agreement is not a proper noun and not capitalized? Also, what is the difference between an executed agreement and a fully executed agreement?

Ms. Vigil has a "large plan", is that in relation to her small plan? Does she realize she started three sentences in a row with "This/The store"?

Since when is Eastside capitalized? Also, "...surrounding Counties...", "counties" is not proper and not capitalized. "South Colorado" has a problem, as "South" is not capitalized. Neither is "State of Colorado" as "State" is not capitalized.

Ms. Vigil, who refers to herself in first and third person in the same document, as well as "Mrs." Vigil is a piece of work. She is about as professional as the married housewife she claims not to be.
