I don't really think I agreed, but I guess you can take what I said as you like.

Also, as per your question about the deal being done, this was in the PR:

the Definitive Agreement on the acquisition of a premier Colorado hydroponic and scientific grow supply store has been fully executed.

That reads as finished to me. People can say anything when claiming to call the store though. And even if everything is signed, something can still be under contract even if it's simply in processing. So, take from it what you will I suppose. I doubt Vigil would have posted all of those pictures if the store wasn't Quasar's.
