It's no "uber secret". In fact it's not only obvious as hell, it's readily available on OTC markets.

The only question is, will QASP admit maxing out the A/S with a filing for the 2nd Q, or go dark... Again.

QASP hasn't diluted it's shareholders this rapidly since Mr. Bradley's share buy-back programs.
