Why didn't they just release the 10-K Annual Report ??

I know its not due until the last of August (90 days after end of FY) . I guess they think this will calm the doubting stockholders.

Of course. it does not matter what the PR says, what matters is how the market reacts.

There are good companies with a bad stock and.. bad companies with a good stock. The key for success of either is the management!!
