Those preferred shares that MANU got originally from the merger with Kumaran Holdings LLC were valued at 1.00 per share, so those preferred shares would be worth 10 million USD, my question is did they change the dollar value of those shares when they structurally changed the voting rights to them from 25 to 250 votes per share?? or did the board just change the value of those shares when they gave Jake 40 million of them??
