From Q-2 2014 ending 12/31:

In this quarter we have made some progress in pursuing work on distribution in some areas, namely, private practice tools, mobile clinical applications and behavioral health tools and emergency first response. We also continue to work on providing smart portable solutions in the field of public health issues for various states, most notably Maryland where we continue to work on various public/private partnerships.
The main focus of these relationships is to provide clinical knowledge, workflow solutions and intelligence through intelligent applications and new more efficient ways to deliver health services. No longer will we be isolated in being 20 years ahead of our time. We have now broken up our system into specific components that can serve in limited but effective purposes. This is chiefly responsible for our many new partnerships, which have brought us broad based opportunities moving forward.
Management believes now in reaching out to build up the number of users of our applications across the board. We plan to give away limited but useful apps to the tens of thousands of physicians some of whom are part of our partners' networks. We also now offer applications that can help physicians earn additional revenues from patients at risk. Targeting independent providers with tools that help them make money is becoming one of our main focus in the US market.
In our new developments we rely much on mobile links and applications and as such we have had to execute a complete mobile strategy which has made us a partner in the coming mobile revolution in healthcare. Even though we may be a small enterprise, we have a long history and capability of doing business with the largest corporations and public sector entities. We are getting strong market validation from large corporate organizations now seeking our help and assistance in meeting the opportunities driven by new public policy. We are building on our history of alliances with major institutions and taking advantage of this experience.
The Company continues to negotiate with pharmacies organizations to become resellers of our mobile patient safety applications. These are valuable applications that can help close the information gap between care givers, consultants, pharmacists, patient population and their families. Many apps are clinical tools to help caregivers be more efficient. Others are designed for patients and their families to better manage some of their immediate health issues or chronic conditions.
