Yup but, why not just get Hydro co directly into qasp? Why use GEI - both CO co's? It was said early on that dilition would not be used to get the target co - it would be through GEI and funded by private investors. So, my question is, what do these private investors get on the front side and what is dribbled down to qasp commoners?
