Nobody really knows what the cost of the First Phase is.
We need to know:
1. What they intend to build
2. Actual Estimated Cost
3. When it will be Completed
They said that they were going to save considerable dollars hiring Shore Development. They must have estimated cost figures in hand.
The last I heard was that the "The Stages" would be completed at the end of the year if they closed on a loan end of July.
We need more information about financing. All of this has been very frustrating for shareholders. We need some updating and transparency. IMO

I agree Michael. I'm sure they have the estimates by now, that was a requirement in the 150K pre-construction phase (in the Contract Agreement with Shore) and we know 50K of that was paid when the agreement was signed. Medient has to approve those estimates before moving forward (again in the agreement). The question now, is with the changes, how long is it going to take to update those estimates. I've said it before, any traditional financing, is going to require those by-line item estimates before approving a loan. That is standard process when getting construction loans. Heck, it's even a requirement now to get a big home improvement loan (I just went through that).
